Following a recent brand refresh, ipaymy, a leading fintech platform, sought to revamp its website to better align with its new identity and strategic objectives. The existing hardcoded site struggled with inflexible content management, inadequate navigation, and a lack of differentiation from competitors. 

With three key customer segments—Enterprises, SMEs, and Personal users—ipaymy required a modern, flexible, and engaging website that showcased its unique value proposition for each target segment.

Building a Better Website for ipaymy

Verra Asia was tasked with redesigning and developing ipaymy’s website to reflect its refreshed brand identity, enhance user experience for its three customer segments, and enable seamless content management. Our goal was to create a visually compelling and responsive platform that addresses current pain points and positions ipaymy as an innovative fintech leader.

Our Approach

Phase 1:  Identifying key areas for improvement

A comprehensive audit of ipaymy’s website revealed significant gaps in brand communication, user interface, and content effectiveness. The site lacked a clear articulation of ipaymy’s purpose, vision, mission, and values, and its visual design did not align with the refreshed brand identity. Navigation hindered user journeys, with key segments like enterprises difficult to locate, and content relied heavily on text, missing opportunities for multimedia engagement. These insights informed a targeted strategy to enhance ipaymy’s digital presence.

Phase 2: Content development

We crafted SEO-optimised content tailored to enterprises, SMEs, and personal users. The content was structured to highlight ipaymy’s value proposition. Additionally, we developed detailed use cases and customer testimonials to build credibility, ensuring the tone resonated with the needs of each segment.

Phase 3: Website design and development

After the content was finalised, we created a visually stunning website that brought ipaymy’s refreshed brand identity to life, incorporating custom 3D visuals and animations to convey innovation and modernity. A revamped sitemap streamlined navigation, featuring dedicated sections for enterprise, SME and personal solutions. Built on Webflow, the platform enabled ipaymy’s team to manage updates with ease.
